Mini Chipboard Album

I made this as a gift for a friend, the theme is Baby girl but you could easily make this into a family, romance or even teen daughter themed book! I am in the middle of making a zoo, and Christmas album along these lines and I will be uploading samples of a halloween album from a few years ago.

I just wanted to shoot off a quick update I will be posting some absolutely gorgeous cards later in the week, these cards are what we will be making in my Stamping Techniques class in early Dec. I am also going to be posting three!!! new layouts and they are beautiful!

Splitcoaststampers VSN!

These are the cards I made for the challenges on Splitcoaststampers virtual stamp night! It was a blast! The baby buggy is for the use 3 of the same image as a focal point challenge.


The dasher challenge was to use more white space than image.

This was for a challenge called dressed to the 9s, you were supposed to make a fancy dressed up rich colored card.

This card I was supposed to stamp a card that inspired hope or sent the message of hope!


This card challenge was to use cotton on the card, you can see the cotton as the snow. There was also glitter but it doesn't show up!

These are a few of the cards that will be featured on our card buffet! Some of these are from previous years and some are this year. Our card buffet will be held on Tues Nov. 16 all day long so that you can come when it is convenient for you! The cost of the buffet is 10 cards for $10 and you can get as many as you want! a few misc. classes

This was Sept. Scrapbook Inspirations class, you can stamp the name of your town on the sign post!

We designed this horse themed kit for the Sept Quick and Simple class, we thought it was appropriate since we were so close to the World Equestrian Games.

This was our October quick and simple scrapbook class, and page kit. We still have a few available if you are interested! This page is so cute and easy to make with our kit, it would also be very easy to add a little more to this and make it a "WOW" page.

I got it and I love it!!!

So this last week I posted about my awesome new tool that I was sure I would love and I got it and I love it! What is it you say well I will tell you it is a "Distrezz-it-all" by ZUTTER! I am going to make a couple of cards using it and post them hopefully tomorrow! I love it, no more sore wrists when I want to get that fantastic distressed look! You plug it in and then push the little white button on the side and then slide your paper or chipboard or cardstock through. The more pressure the more distressed, you can also pass it through multiple times in order to get the look you are going for. It is a little loud but I will take the noise over the pain of doing this myself any day!

Promises Promises!

I feel like I promise every year that I am going to be better at posting to my blog, but this time I REALLY mean it! I love stamping and scrapbooking and lately I have been doing a ton of it so I just need to buckle down and take the time to share what I am working on! So check back I am going to try to post at least once a week! it might not be a new project but it will at least be my opinion on a product, either new or recently discovered by me! For example I am expecting my newest latest and greatest toy in the mail any day now and once it is here I will blog all about it, and then you will all wonder how you ever lived without such a wonderful toy and we will all have one! What is this marvel you ask, well you will have to check back to find out!
